Founder & CEO, Demetric Woods
Demetric Woods, native of Tennessee is Founder of Identify Leadership. Demetric is a graduate of The University of Memphis Herff College of Engineering where he received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, and attended graduate school at Bethel University where he received his MBA. Demetric also continues to grow academically and professionally by being part of the Executive Leadership Program with Cornell University, SC Johnson School of Business.
Demetric also has an impressive professional background that includes extensive leadership experience. He has held multiple leadership roles with top fortune 200 companies including senior executive level support. He also continues to have a passion for higher education, and displays this passion through serving as a college adjunct professor for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math majors. Valuing Partnership and Collaboration, Demetric is also a John Maxwell: Coach, Speaker and Trainer.
Demetric enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children.

Johnathan Cole, has an extensive 13 year career in the Quality realm. He served in various roles within multiple Fortune 500 companies spanning to Nuclear, Oil and Gas and Aerospace industries. Johnathan came from very humble beginnings. His career enabled him to work in over 14 different countries which helped broaden his cultural knowledge and social skills. Through hard work, life lessons, and mentorship he was able to ascend to a management role within one of the largest and most respected construction, engineering, and project management companies in the world. He is commissioned by and a member of The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors. He desires to give back by passing along his accumulated knowledge and experience gained throughout his professional and personal endeavors. Outside of work Johnathan is a family man. He cherishes family outings, vacations, or just quality time together at home.

WHAT BROUGHT ME HERE
I can remember entering my senior year of college heading for graduation, I had no self- identification and how I would start pursing a career.
I started with calling companies expressing that I would intern for free just to get experience. Well, it work! I landed my first engineering intern job. Fast forwarding one year later, I was offered a full-time position with the same company.
While I thought the internship provided me everything to be successful, I quickly learned that it did not even scratch the surface.
Over the course of ten years in my professional career, I was just arriving at that place where I felt an impact on my career and contributions to the organization.
You may ask, why so much time. Well, it’s simply because my hard-skills were fully developed; however, those soft-skills were learned and developed over-time.
With a Heart for Helping, my goal is to help help eliminate those same lessons learned for so many others.
